Peakom is owned by Michael Gross. His belief in the importance of being willing to embark on new ventures and in always being resolute in the pursuit of goals has also been shaped by an earlier “side job” of his, competitive swimming. It was therefore no surprise that once Gross completed his studies of German, Political Science and Media Science with a Dr. phil., he went into business for himself, initially as a partner in a Hamburg-based PR agency in Frankfurt in 1994.
Since 2001 he has been concentrating on Peakom. Peak communication means focusing on increasing customer sales and value. Gross does not simply rely on experience, for he believes that expertise must be continuously expanded.
That is why he has also been serving as a lecturer at the “Frankfurt School of Finance & Management” since 2003. When it comes to the fields of organisational development and human resources management, his philosophy is: The only way to be one of the best is to never cease trying to be better.

All of our consultants must have three essential qualifications: a university degree, years of experience as a marketing and communications consultant, and – most importantly – the necessary industry expertise.
