The project received national and international recognition as an excellent example of a city centre development. Even so, delays in the building permit process had a significant impact on the successful progress of the project, as well as on communications.
For this Dutch real estate developer and operator, Peakom conceived and implemented the project-specific brand communications for a multifunctional complex in Frankfurt. The basis for the project communications was the development of the name “FrankfurtHochVier” [Frankfurt to the fourth power]. As the project progressed, measures were implemented for various target groups, including neighbours, local government and national media, as well as international measures aimed at potential lessees and investors.
