Within only a few weeks, familiarity with the new company name had been established, and customers’ trust in the new brand had been strengthened, so that a majority of policyholders opted to remain with the company, and new contacts were established.

What we do for Chartis

For this new global property insurer, Peakom implemented the brand relaunch and brand communication in Germany using Brand Pilot’s integrated brand concept: with Brand Check, the existing brands and their future relevance were evaluated, while with Brand Strategy the brand architecture was defined, and all of the foundations for subsequent brand communication were laid. The focus of the implementation was on corporate design, online media, the advertising campaign for the launch and various brochures.
