Change communication

Deutsche Annington Immobilien

After taking over Viterra (Eon Group), a considerably larger firm, the objective was to establish a shared management and corporate culture. This is an important foundation for implementing the new matrix organisation in order to achieve the business objectives.

First, Cultural Due Diligence was performed to evaluate the situation in all four companies, and to define the necessary fields of action. Using this as a basis, the reasons for introducing the new structure were defined, and a master story for the corporate development was created.

By quickly mobilising management, in part by identifying leadership principles and building up the necessary management expertise, and conducting an accompanying change communication programme throughout the company, it was possible to implement the new organisation as planned, without having to deal unnecessarily with problems resulting from the merger.

What we do for Deutsche Annington Immobilien

Cultural Due Diligence includes the evaluation of internal communications to date, in-depth interviews with management and focus groups at all locations. The kick-off took place at a management conference, and was followed by intensive internal communications that started with a management roadshow at all locations.
