The result 

Within only a short time, an area that had been closed off for decades was a familiar name for potential investors and lessees. Foundations were laid for communications during the multiyear construction phase.

What we do for Deutsche Immobilien Chancen (DIC)

Peakom provided this new area of Frankfurt am Main with a face as a strong real estate brand. Following the brand concept, the names, MainTor, and WinX for the landmark building, and a logo and slogan were developed for each – providing a foundation for channel communication. Activities initially included online communications with a website, image brochure and individual building brochures.
