Peakom supported the integration of acquired companies and the implementation of the new corporate strategy for Nutricia in Germany as part of the Danone Medical Nutrition Group. The basis for the change communication is the development of the case for change and the master story, the internal mottos, action logos, employee media and dialogue platforms. The focus was also on establishing management communications, including coaching, the implementation of the annual kickoff conference and numerous subsequent conferences.
