As part of a restructuring of the organisation and refocusing of the company’s customer service aimed at increasing the value of its overall portfolio boasting more than 20 million customers in Germany, T-Mobile charged Peakom with planning and controlling its change communication – starting with the master story, project name and logo and continuing through to the kickoff conference and management coaching.
