With the Brand Pilot, Peakom offers an instrument for strategic and efficient brand management. The development, reorientation or optimisation of brand communication is managed in pursuit of an overarching goal: achieving a lasting increase in the brand’s impact towards achieving the company’s objectives. Its four modules are based on the key success factors, either individually or as part of an integrated process.

The Brand Check involves an in-depth analysis of the market environment and the brand’s own identity, creating the basis for a successful brand strategy. With Brand Strategy, the brand is positioned for its target group and differentiated from the competition. Brand Management means focussing on the right communications measures at the right time. With Brand Controlling, the brand effects are evaluated on an ongoing basis so that measures can be further optimised.
