With regard to the direct and indirect references and links to third-party websites, Peakom has no influence over the current and future design or content of the sites to which it is linked. Pursuant to the ruling of the Hamburg District Court dated 12 October 1998, Peakom herewith disassociates itself from all content of the websites to which it is linked and does not adopt the content as its own. This declaration applies to all links and references contained within its own website, as well as to all third-party contributions to discussion forums and mailing lists set up by Peakom. Peakom records the name of the internet service provider, requested website, IP address of the computer from which a visit is started, and the date and duration of the visit as standard. Insofar as there is an opportunity for the entry of personal or business data within the website (email addresses, names, postal addresses), provision of this data by the user is expressly voluntary. Provision of the data to third parties and external use of personal data are not permitted without the consent of the individual in question.
